What are the costs involved?
There are three areas of cost to consider: Professional Fees: The fee for the 4-hour initial consultation and biomarker testing is $1,600. Monthly Program Maintenance Fees are $75 for basic HRT (hormone replacement therapy), $100 for HCG therapy or $125 for HGH therapy. See next question for more details on this fee. Treatment: Medications will be shipped to your door every 28 days from MedQuest Pharmacy. Depending on your program, the cost of treatment ranges from $150 to $900 per month. Lab tests: Initial lab tests cost approximately $1,100. Follow-up lab tests range from $350 (males) to $560 (females). Rates may be higher for tests performed at Labcorp. New patients will typically need 2-3 follow-up lab tests in the first year.
There is a Department of Education or State Training Authority imposed enrolment fee for all trainees and it varies from State to State. The fee can be calculated and discussed prior to enrolment with your FutureStaff Training Coordinator. As an example the 2008 NSW fee is $394 per annum and is repaid over a mutually negotiated number of pay periods.
The charges are minimal and go towards pool hire and offsetting costs of some activities. The fees are set annually at the AGM in November. At the moment the annual membership charges are £10 for a family membership and £5 for an individual membership. The cost for each swim is 50p for a child and £1 for an adult.
Costs range varies on certain factors.Dr.Khanna can provide you with a cost range during the consultaion after due assessment of the patient. For the pigmented birthmarks the choice of laser depends upo n the depth of the pigment, and a consultation to determine the best treatment approach may be necessary.
