What are the costs involved?
Your total cost will depend on the Lab and Storage options you select. Each option and its corresponding price is listed on the AlphaCord Order Form which is included in the Registration Packet. Complete the order form to find out what your total cost will be. You can download your Registration Packet from our web site or call 1 – 866 – 396 – 7283 and one will be sent by mail.
A. lawyer fees: 1% of the property cost agency fees: 3% of the property cost stamp duty When buying a resale apartment 6% of the property cost When buying in a new development apartment with price of up to 30,000,000 HUF (120,000 €) there is no stamp duty, if the apartment cost more then 30,000,000 HUF you will pay 6% stamp duty. A company that intends to sell the property within two years time can pay only 2% stamp duty.
Recruiters Alliance has a low annual membership fee. You can subscribe to as many split lists as you would like. (Sales/Marketing, Technology/Computer, Medical/Dental, Executive, Engineering, HR, Finance/Accounting/Insurance, and Legal) No other charges will be incurred. We DO NOT charge a percentage when a successful split occurs. Everyone always asks how we can operate on such a low annual fee. We make it up in volume, meaning we have thousands of recruiters as members and we supplement the costs with advertising on the site.
If you are looking for a loan, there are NO UPFRONT FEES whatsoever unless you are actually approved for a loan. Once you are approved for a loan, we charge a business consulting fee based on the amount of your loan, the type of loan you need and the amount of our time and effort required. We will clearly explain our fee structure to you prior to providing any services. If you are looking for credit repair services, there are NO FEES whatsoever unless we successfully fix your credit.
