We will pay all the costs of the transaction including the Home Information PackK (HIP) and Solicitors. So what we offer you is what you receive; on completion of the sale, the balance of monies after the mortgage company has been paid by your Solicitor will be sent to you. I don’t know a Solicitor. I have not used one for many years. Not to worry, we have a panel of Solicitors that we tend to recommend every day for our clients, they will act in your best interest.
