What are the costs for: Installation, Training, Support and Product Maintenance?
Installation: Normally, there is no cost for installation. Training: Two days of training are included in the price of each copy of the software. Additional days can be purchased. Training costs are discounted when purchasing multiple copies of CounterMeasures. Support: After the first year continued support costs are 15% of the software purchase price. Product Maintenance: Our support services include free updates and upgrades during the support period. We have staff completely devoted to maintenance and improvement of CounterMeasures software.
