What are the costs associated with using SmartOption?
With SmartOption, its simple. A single monthly user fee allows access to the entire SmartOption suite of modules, including Scheduling, Billing, Maintenance and Reports. All program enhancements are free to SmartOption clients- no paying for upgrades. Training can usually be completed within the 10 complimentary hours of support time, so depending upon the extent of your companys needs, training can be free. And, since maintenance is managed by your company administrator, ongoing support fees are minimized.
