What are the costs associated with switching?
Power Net Global will not charge you anything to switch. Your local phone company will most likely charge you a one time carrier switching fee. It is typically around $5.00 per line. Power Net Global does not automatically credit switching fees. Power Net Global will credit your Power Net Global bill as a courtesy, if you follow these simple steps: when you receive your local phone bill, reflecting the switching fees, write your Power Net Global account number on the bill and fax a copy of it to Power Net Global Customer Service Department at 888-715-3534. If you do not have access to a fax you can mail a photocopy of the bill with your Power Net Global account number on it directly to Power Net Global.
