What are the costs associated with living in Colonial Williamsburg student housing?
Rental of the student residence in Colonial Williamsburg is managed through Residence Life. Thus, the rent and utility charges are the standard “on-campus” single room rate. Basic cable TV and internet (through Cox Communications) costs are also covered by the College. There are no unusual costs associated with living in the CW House. It is critical that students pay their $200 Room Reservation Deposit with the Cashier’s Office by the deadline established by Residence Life to insure their eligibility to live in Colonial Williamsburg if selected.
