What are the costs associated with closing a property at Bakers Bay?
Purchasers will be responsible for one-half (1/2) of the 10% Stamp Duty charged on all real estate conveyances in The Bahamas. Therefore, the purchaser’s portion of Stamp Duty will be calculated as 5% of the purchase price of their property. Proration’s for property taxes and homeowner association dues may be charged at close of escrow. All other closing costs will be paid for by the Developer.
