What are the costs associated with catering?
Typically a caterer factors in food cost, kitchen labor cost, general overhead/business support fee (utilities and kitchen rental), liability and workman’s compensation insurance, licensing (health and sales tax), delivery (gas and vehicle maintenance), service staff labor costs, miscellaneous charges, and yes some profit for all our hard work. All costs will be explained up front and itemized on your final bill so there are no surprises and no hidden costs.
