What are the costs associated with booking Eucalyptus Lane?
Exclusive use of Eucalyptus Lane, its historic barn, sprawling charming gardens is $4,200++. This fee includes use of the site, ceremony chairs (up to 200), 60″ round dining tables (up to 20), 200 reception dining chairs. Exclusive Eucalyptus Lane requires the use of our own catering packages. Our exclusive caterer provides these packages and service of the highest standards and reputation. They are fully licensed and insured and know the property. No outside food may be brought in. Catering menu prices range depending on the menu chosen, but our most popular menu starts at $64.95++ per person. Our catering fees include all set up, clean up, full service staffing during the event, bartender(s), cake cutting service, and parking attendants to greet and direct guests. Additionally, you will be assigned a “Day of” Event Coordinator to assist you in the successful execution of your planned event, including Rehearsal and “Day of”. Our Venue Manager will oversee every aspect of your booking
