Computer printouts: $0.25 per page for black & white copies; $1.00 per page for color copies. Coin-operated copy machine copies: $0.25 per page for black & white copies; $1.00 per page for color copies. Fax transmittals: Incoming – $1.00 per page; Outgoing, local – $1.00 per page, including cover page; Outgoing, long-distance (within the United States) – $3.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page.
