What are the cool places to visit or see in Lockport, New York?
There is nothing in Lockport but the underground caves, which are cool and the Erie Canal (big whoop!). Lockport is a canal town right in the middle of farming communities.. No malls, (maybe Wal-Mart), not even a college to make it halfway entertaining. As far as dining goes, eat pizza and wings, thats what we eat out here in western NY and its the best, I do not recommended eating anything more expensive as the food in this area sucks, but I do eat Mexican food out in the little towns because it is made by Mexican migrants and its the real deal. Lockport is very close to Buffalo so I suggest you rephrase the question for Buffalo. Do you have a passport? You can go to Canada if you do, and believe me, you will want to! Niagara Falls is a fun tourist trap and Toronto is UNBELIEVABLE! Buffalo has TONS to do. Galleria Mall, Outlet Mall (Military Road), Elmwood Ave shopping, Allentown Shopping, drink til 4 AM, great places to eat, fabulous museums, go see Niagara Falls, a sucky hockey team
