What are the controls used with a wine cellar?
Wine Environments uses digital electronic controls that have been used for a number of years on both our systems and commercial refrigeration and industrial equipment. The controls have capabilities of changing differential, calibration, cycle times and alarms. With optional serial communication features they can be linked to an Internet site and monitored and controlled remotely. Additional components of the system can be monitored and controlled optionally such as second, third and fourth stages of equipment along with alarm relay closures. Optional humidity controllers can be tied to the same system.
