North Carolina Appraisers are required to take 28 hours of CE by midnight May 31 of every odd ending year. South Carolina All South Carolina appraisal licensees must complete 14 hours of continuing education every year, prior to June 30th. Virginia Appraisers are required to take 28 hours of CE every two years by their license renewal date.
