What are the continuing education requirements for a Life-Only Agent and/or the Accident and Health Agent?

Currently the Life Agent is required to complete 25 hours of continuing education (CE) during each of the first four 12 month periods following the date the license is issued (i.e. the first two license terms). For the third and future license terms, the Life Agent is required to complete 30 hours of continuing education credit prior to the renewal of each license. However, on January 1, 2008 the CE requirement for these individuals will be decreased to 24 hours of CE each license term.
