The construction of Creek Marina began last year. To date, the basement excavation, boundary wall construction and the sales/site office have been completed ahead of schedule. The main contract for the foundation piling has been awarded to IVCC – Bachy Soletanche (U.K) – PMC (U.K) and the main building foundation construction is now underway.
