Solution The constants for estimating power in MAX 7000A devices are included in the MAX 7000A Programmable Logic Device Data Sheet. The datasheet lists the ICC constants for the EPM7128A and EPM7256A devices as: A 0.799 B 0.27 C 0.035 Since VCC is 3.3 V for these devices, the total power reduction as compared to MAX 7000S devices is 45%. These values do not apply to other MAX 7000A devices. The power for the other MAX 7000A devices will be measured and provided when the devices are available.
