What are the consequences of Workplace Harassment on the victim?
She/he has to face physical and emotional consequences as well as effects on his/her personal life, social and financial, especially if she/he undergoes the administrative Workplace Harassment. For example, she/he can have nauseas, insomnia, pains of all sorts (in the back and neck), vomiting and migraines, etc. She/he is completely invaded by the problem. Little by little, she/he isolates herself/himself.
