What are the consequences of using untrained personnel?
Severe… There are heavy fines and sanctions upon citing of willful violations beginning at $70,000.00 per violation and if there’s an injury or worse, you could strain, damage or loose your company through law suits and/or protracted litigation not to mention the loss of work from the fallout and publicity. It’s not worth it, and it’s not smart to try to circumvent the rules.
