What are the consequences of not drinking enough water?

0

Water is a main ingredient of your blood and if you do not drink enough your blood runs a lot slower, your whole body system suffers form this: your brain cannot work that quick, you will find it more difficult to concentrate, you may damage your kidneys, your skin and mucous membrane may become dry plus you are easy game for viruses… that’s what the doctors say. My personal experience: I usually do not drink enough – for the last three weeks I have been on a diet – one part of it: I make sure that I drink at least 1,5 liters per day – and what can I say: I feel better. I am less tired. It is crazy. Usually I am just too lazy to fetch myself a drink but I will make sure to keep my drinking level up – it makes me feel better. One glass of water – that’s definitely not enough.
