What are the consequences of driving a 50cc bike without CBT?
as other people have mentioned, you will be commiting a multitude of offences including riding without insurance etc. The CBT is not a test. It is Compulsory Basic Training. It is there to prove you are competent enough to ride safely on public roads. It doesn’t cost that much, and only takes a day. The instructor is the one who issues the CBT certificate. He may say you require a little more training (meaning you have to comeback another day) or if you are good enough then you will get your certificate. It’s no big deal and it’s not that hard. Do the training, and avoid the hassle of points and a ban (as a ban and points will hugely load your insurance for the next 5 years.
