What are the consequences if a school psychologist decided not to apply for registration with the College?
So long as the school psychologist is working within an exempted category, there are no consequences from the perspective of the College. If such an individual wished to do private practice in psychology, which is outside of the exemptions, then the College would have jurisdiction and if it came to the attention of the College, would have the discretion to investigate.
