First, we try to work things out with users personally and privately. If this is not successful, the Swap-bot Admins will issue an official warning email. If the warning is not effective in curbing rule-breaking behavior, the user’s account may be patially or fully suspended. Extremely fraudulent and/or dishonest swappers will have their accounts fully and permanently suspended. When a user is fully suspended they can no longer log into Swap-bot and their personal information is removed from view. However, their rating history is still visible on their profile page. Their profile will also have a statement explaining that the user has been fully and permanently suspended.
