First Health Services has designed an Online Prior Authorization system that is accessible via the World Wide Web. The only equipment requirement for accessing the application is a workstation equipped with an Internet connection. We recommend at least a 56K modem connection, DSL, or cable modem for optimal performance. However, any Internet Service Provider (e.g. Earth Link, RCN, MSN, etc.) may be used.
