What are the conditions when returning purchased items?
The purchased items can be exchanged within one week of the purchase date under the following conditions: The original receipt must be presented. The product and the outer carton must be in good shape along with all necessary attachments. The goods should be returned to the original store where they were purchased from. Goods can only be exchanged. Personal products and those measured in meters like chains and carpets cannot be exchanged.
