What are the conditions of the Retention scheme?
There are a number of conditions, but essentially, the QBS must: • have acquired JSE shares by 28 March 2006; • hold those JSE shares throughout the period of the Scheme until 1 June 2011; and • qualify as black under the Financial Sector Charter throughout this period and satisfy the JSE of this at annual intervals including before being granted each tranche of options.
