The rules for swimming competitions are very clear. The swimsuits most not provide any kind of advantage/help to the swimmer. ALL of the new advanced suits form Speedo, Arena, etc., have been banned because they break this basic rule. In 2010 swimmers will return to regular speedos and jammers.
