What are the components of the Questionnaire?
There are 4 factors and 17 sub-factors used in the SES/U Job Evaluation plan to evaluate the jobs. The Questionnaire asks questions about your job based on those same factors and sub-factors. The factors are: Skill, Effort, Responsibility and Working Conditions. Each of these four factors had several “sub-factors”, as follows: Previous Education; Previous Experience; Interaction Skills; Movement Skills; Decision Making; Responsibility of Information; Responsibility for Outcomes, Materials, and Equipment; Responsibility for the Safety of Others; Financial Responsibility; Responsibility to Manage or Direct Others; Mental Effort; Physical Effort; Temperature, Noise and other Environmental Conditions; Hazards; Stress; Work Interruptions and Distractions; and Social Disruption Required by Work Schedule.
