What are the components of language assessment tools?
SpringHills has developed extensive Language Assessment tools (French, English, Spanish and Japanese) which address all components of communication and can be adjusted to be industry or job specific. The first step includes defining the communication skills that would be utilized in this job role. SpringHills will then adjust the assessment to reflect those needs. Such assessment tools can be administered by the corporate client or by SpringHills. Once the assessment has been completed, it is forwarded to SpringHills where experienced assessors analyze the results and form recommendations. A final report is sent to the compeny, outlining the procedure, analysis and conclusions. At the client’s request, SpringHills can also include an estimate of how long it would take an individual to reach a specific competency with relevant training. 4.4.
