Our unique Life Care Plan guarantees you access to health care at no increase in your Monthly Fee, with initial and on-going income tax benefits. Our Standard Plan has a lower Monthly Fee. Residents still have access to our fine health care, but assume responsibility for its payment on a fee-for-service basis.
