The deaf people know how to sign, write back and forth, oral, communication, and body language. Q: Can deaf people read lips? A: Yes and No, it depends on deaf people needs. Q: Can Deaf people go to college and get a degree? A: Of course they can, we are not deaf and dumb, we can do it!!! Q: Do deaf people wear hearing aids? A: Deaf people have the caption decoder box hooked up to the T.V. Q: What services do deaf people need for school or the real world?
