What are the Common Areas of the Grande South? Are there any restrictions or limitations on uses of the Common Areas?
Common Areas are any areas that are not privately owned and are available for public access. These areas include the lobby, hallways, mail room, Lounge, Guest Suite, pool and elevators. Common areas may only be used for their designated purposes in the times that those facilities are open and subject to other restrictions.
