These three goals express the County’s intentions related to assisting extremely low-, low- and moderate-income residents. The Consolidated Plan includes several specific objectives for each goal: Homelessness Goal: To promote new and existing day centers, emergency shelters, transitional housing facilities and services that will coordinate and improve the continuum of care system for homeless residents of Sonoma County.
