What are the commissioners priorities for the county?
Colfax County has developed a comprehensive plan which establishes what residents, business owners, property owners, and other interested parties would like to see in the future for the county. As a top priority, the commissioners need to continue to encourage its county citizens to participate in the plan, and the commissioners need to focus their decisions on implementing the plan for the future of the county. Top priorities of the plan include land use/ community character, water/ natural resources, economic development, civic/ public services, housing, and transportation.
