Currently, the Ohio eBook Project member libraries are encouraged to follow their own collection development policy when ordering their titles and materials. There are general guidelines for purchasing that libraries are encouraged but not required to follow. Collection development policies may change in the future due to increased demand for materials and the number of libraries involved.
