You can review the dispute resolution policy which all licensed .CN registrars and retail channel partners must abide by at http://www.cnnic.net.cn/ruler/19.shtml. Currently, there are two CNNIC accredited neutral domain name dispute resolution institutions: China International Economic Trade Arbitration Center (CIETAC) and Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC). These two institutions accept .CN and Chinese domain name dispute cases.
