What are the closing dates for applications?
While there is no formal closing date for applying for on-campus courses, interested applicants are advised to start the application process as soon as possible to allow enough time to apply for a student visa. For off-campus courses, applications must be received by November 30 (for courses commencing in semester 1) and May 31 (for courses commencing in semester 2).
The dates for Heptagon Fund meetings will be notified to the Technology Transfer Officers and posted on the website. Applications will be received on an open basis for consideration at the next meeting. Applications received less than a week before any meeting will be held over to the next meeting. Applicants will be notified of the outcome within a week of the meeting.
