What are the cleaning requirements for the Milk-Pro system?
The only part of the Milk-Pro system which actually comes into contact with the milk, is the Sachet Filler and Sealer. It must be cleaned after use with a chlorine-based detergent/sanitizer, or any Quaternary Ammonium Compound (QAC) suitable for use in the food industry. The Milk-Pro Pasteurisers and Milk-Pro Chilling Tanks need only be cleaned if milk leaks into the units from improperly-sealed packages.
