Classifications are story content filters, which are used not only to supply readers with a reasonable idea of what to expect in a story, but which also enable readers to use the Advanced Search feature to locate only those stories which fit selected search criteria. Authors are NOT required to select the “Timeline” of a story, but all other classifications should be used where applicable.
