Upon approval by The Planning Commission, all civil engineering plans and subdivision/parcel maps are submitted to the Development Section of the Engineering Division for review and approval. Please print a submittal applications/checklist and fee schedule to accompany your submittal. First submittals must be delivered in person to determine completeness and collect applicable fees.
