In order to provide the benefit for a child, the child must be • your natural-born or legally adopted child; or • your spouse’s/domestic partner’s natural-born or legally adopted child; and • can provide this benefit up to the child’s age of 30. If a child has matriculated before the age of 30, he/she would be eligible to complete the degree program started, even past the age of 30.
