there is`nt any, but i can show how to do it without cheats, press left on the directional pad then press x and somewhere it has a skill in capital letters(it would be better if you maxed the skill, for sake reasons)then you start to make friends with sims and then, you wait for work to come, enter the bus and when they come home im certain they will have a promotion.
