What are the charges?
There is a sliding scale of charges, according to how many items you would like collected: 1 bulky item plus up to 10 bags – £11.96 up to 4 bulky items plus up to 10 bags – £17.95 up to 8 bulky items plus up to 10 bags – £35.88 Please note that there are NO concessions for this service. All bookings must be paid for in advance of collection.

Rental charges, deposit and the one-time International Roaming registration fee are payable upon registration. There is a charge for managing your pension known as the management charge. This is taken from the pension savings you’ve built up. Your illustration document will show the management charge that applies. In addition, commission may have been paid to a financial adviser who helped set up your plan. This can be charged for in a range of ways. You should check your illustration document for further details. We won’t charge you: • a monthly or yearly policy fee • if you decide to change your investment choice • if you decide to take a break from making payments • if you decide to take your pension benefits early.
The supermarket levies no charges itself. There are reduced buying costs for each fund and standard annual fund charges. Normal Torquil Clark discounts apply to funds within the supermarket, so initial costs have been reduced to less than 1% in most cases. A lot of funds are available for 0.25% or no initial costs. Some ISA funds are CAT marked. There are no selling costs or other charges. When you switch funds within your supermarket ISA you only pay a maximum 0.25% discounted initial charge on the new funds that you are buying. CAT marked ISA funds carry no initial charge. Funds to be invested in PEP Transfer plans carry the same initial charges as ISA funds. Funds purchased outside of these tax-free wrappers are slightly more expensive, but initial charges have still been reduced to less than 1.5% on average.
