What are the charges for driving without a license?
He will pay a fine and that is it. His license was probably suspended because of nonpayment of a fine, child support or maybe even driving without proof of insurance, something like that so whatever caused his license to get flagged in the first place will have to be dealt with. I work as a dispatcher at a Sheriff’s office and when they stop people with flagged licenses they bring them straight to jail and impound the car they were driving in most cases and the fines they owe is what their bail amount is going to be, he is lucky if he wasn’t taken straight to jail.
