A. Diagnostic items are temperature sensitive products and must be shipped on ice. These products are only shipped Monday to Wednesday, in order that the shipment may arrive at your facility by the next business day. Due to shipping and temperature restrictions, diagnostic items cannot be returned. In order to avoid potential freezing during transit over the winter months, please ensure that you are well stocked. Any items shipped after Nov.15 each year shall incur additional handling charges for heated transportation. Items that freeze during transport are to the customer’s risk.
