The Seller will be charged a nominal mPAY Seller Transaction Fee of 1.5% of the transaction amount (or RM1, whichever is higher) by MBF Cards. The Buyer is not imposed any Transaction Fee. The Seller’s MBF card account will be credited while the Buyer’s MBF card account will be debited.
