. Interest rate is currently at 2%, and shall be applied on outstanding Retail portion immediately after the settlement date. Cash withdrawals will start to accrue interest from the date of the transaction until the portion is settled. Also a monthly fee of $5 only shall be charged on all cards. Penalty charges will apply where there are cardholder defaults.
