Sadly Pluto is no longer considered a planet. The four outer planets that are left are all gaseous. Pluto, were it still a planet, would not share that characteristic, unless the gas has all frozen. Also, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune all have ring systems in varying degrees.
