What are the characteristics of physically educated person?
A physically educated person has the knowledge of what is beneficial to the mechanics of the human body and what is not; everything from good posture to good eating habits. Many PE trained people also have some knowledge of physical therapy. An individuals own physical appearance or condition may have no relationship to that person’s knowledge or skill in PE. Even a person well educated in PE with the ability to impart this useful knowledge on to others can have physical impairments caused by genetic disorders, accident, disease, age or emotional conditions or diseases. An obese, anorexic, alcoholic, or quadriplegic person can have a high degree of PE knowledge and the ability to train others. The characteristics of physically educated person are the same as the characteristics of any person. The liklihood of a PE trained person to be physically fit may be higher than in the general population.
