What are the characteristics of a 4GGL leader?
4GGL Leadership = Leader + Action A 4GGL leader actively works to embody the qualities s/he seeks to ignite and nurture in girls. S/he is courageous, compassionate, intuitive and self-aware. S/he leads with wisdom, strength and courage and acts from the heart. S/he catalyzes positive change for girls by being the best of who s/he is through both inter-connectedness and inner-connectedness. S/he is willing to serve as a leader – a role model, a trainer, and a mentor. S/he demonstrates what it means to think, act, and be an agent of positive change. Where and how we work together for the 4GGL Movement? 4GGL women leaders are across generations, across our nation, who are committed to honoring each voice, speaking from the heart, and trusting our inner wisdom and solution which emerges when we come together with open-hearted, open-ended willingness to serve the world’s poorest girls. 4GGL men leaders take equal positions championing and supporting our urgent work.
